Founded in 1978, it is today one of the biggest groups of cooperative societies of the movement of Fair Trade, approximately 350, being more than 23000 people who are employed at the different areas, most of which are women (more than 85 %).
They have opened 6 own shops in the country and 2 more abroad, more precisely in London and Vancouver, close to other Fair Trade organizations in these countries.
