The word “asha” means "hope" in sanscrit language. Constituted as a craft producer association more than 18 years ago, Asha searches training people that would not have any opportunities, given the environment where they live. Asha promotes the artisans training in a wide area in occidental India, and has its centrail offices in Bombay.
