The good cooperation among the groups of producers, the suitable plantations and the fertile soil guarantee crops of about 20 tons of yucca for hectare. The land where the yucca is cultivated is of public property. The area of the plantation uses also to plant trees of mahogany, using the space betweenthe trees to cultivate yucca, corn or bananas.
