KTS is an ONG established in 1983 to give support to people socially and economically disadvantaged , specially the opressed castes. Its center, from which it is possible to see the famous temple 'Kumbeshwar Shiva', is placed in Patan's neighborhood in which live for the most part 'Newars', the original inhabitants of this valley.
