PREDA (People Recovery, Empowerment and Development Assitance Foundation) is an organization that was created by an irish missionaire. Currently is in charge of supplying employment to the street children and young delinquents with drug adiction problems. Most of them are sons of mothers who were prostituted at the northamerican military bases settled in the Pacific, who were not recognized by the USA.
