The honey used has been carefully selected and comes from the mountains (Mexico - Guatemala) where it is harvested at 2,000 meters, far from any contamination.
Speculoos cookies are available in boxes of 225g. designed for home use. And also in boxes 200 individually wrapped cookies, ideal for events and / or cafeterias.

The soft sweetness of honey and sugar cane, the delicate flavor of the cashews, and the authentic taste of pure cocoa, all processed in a careful preparation make these cookies a delicious morsel of quality and solidarity.
Sugar comes from MCCH (Ecuador), a grouping of cooperatives for the development of societies throughout the country and especially in rural areas.
The cocoa comes from Kuapa Kokoo Union (Ghana), who brings together some 300 families who plant, harvest and sell the beans.
The honey comes from the Cooperative Yauca Rosary (Peru), consisting of 180 members and whose land and means of production are collectively owned.
Cashews come from Coomap (Brazil), with over 123 partners, community groups growing cashews.
